It was the last day of the last year of school. All my
classmates were preparing the party of the year but me and my two best friends
had other plans. We had been waiting that day since we bought the tickets two
months before. We worked hard to buy the tickets; selling all our stuff and
clothes in the fairs of Grecia Avenue. The Maquinaria Festival worth it.
In the line up my favorite band Sonic Youth plus Faith No More, Alice in Chains, Chris Cornell,
Primus, Stone Temple Pilots, Snoop Dogg, Megadeth, Damian Marley, it was a
dream come true. We started de day at 11 a.m drinking ron with Coca-Cola
outside Club Hipico. Then the music started and went inside. The father of one
of my bestfriends was working in the staff so we were in the VIP sector
drinking beer until the bands we wanted to hear started. We danced and drank all
day. We always remember that concert as the best of our lives.
Attending to the show of your favorite band is one of the greatest things ever, especially if you are sharing the experience with friends
